Terms of Service
These terms apply to services provided by Structural Integrity AI Labs, including AI and automation services and custom digital advertising creative for business customers.
Services and digital delivery
The scope, schedule, price, and deliverables for custom work will be described on the applicable offer, invoice, order, or written project agreement. Creative services are delivered digitally and may include video ads, creative variations, product-focused visuals, social-media-ready assets, AI-assisted production, editing, and creative development.
Custom creative process
The Founding Creative Pilot includes three original advertising concepts built around genuinely different creative angles or advertising arguments, two hook variants per concept, and nine finished 15-second vertical video ads designed for Meta advertising, including Reels and Stories. It also includes two revision rounds and a six-month paid advertising usage license. Watermarked preview samples may be provided before purchase. Unless otherwise agreed in writing, payment is required before final, clean, unwatermarked deliverables are released. Customers are responsible for providing accurate briefs, brand assets, product claims, and timely feedback.
Revisions
Two reasonable revision rounds are included with the current Founding Creative Pilot. A revision round means one consolidated set of requested changes submitted after a draft. An extra revision round is $200. Material changes to the approved brief may require a new quote.
Creative add-ons
An extra concept is $750, and rush delivery is an additional 30%. Additional platforms, perpetual usage or license buyouts, media buying or ad management, and custom campaign scopes are quote-only.
Cancellations and refunds
You may request cancellation by emailing us. Because custom services reserve production time and create customer-specific work, payments are generally non-refundable once custom production begins, except where required by law. If work has not begun, contact us promptly and we will review the cancellation request.
Recurring plans
If a written offer or agreement includes recurring services, they renew each billing cycle until cancelled. You may cancel before the next billing cycle to prevent the next recurring charge. Cancellation does not retroactively refund a current cycle after custom production for that cycle has begun, except where required by law.
Customer responsibilities and acceptable use
You confirm that you have permission to use materials you provide and that requested content, claims, products, and campaigns comply with applicable law and advertising-platform rules. We may decline unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or unsafe work.
Ownership
After full payment, the Founding Creative Pilot includes a six-month license to use the final deliverables in paid advertising. Any broader, perpetual, or platform-specific rights require a written agreement. Drafts, watermarked previews, unused concepts, production methods, and pre-existing tools remain ours or their respective owners unless a written agreement says otherwise. Third-party materials remain subject to their applicable licenses.
Service limitations
We will provide services with reasonable care but do not guarantee advertising approval, campaign performance, sales, revenue, or uninterrupted operation of third-party platforms. Any specific warranty, liability limit, or project-specific term in a signed agreement will control for that engagement.
