Who It's For

Built for the engineer who signs the log.

Station and chief engineers

Keep every required log for your stations in one place instead of binders, clipboards and spreadsheets — and know what is due before it is late.

Contract engineers covering multiple stations

One dashboard across every call sign and site you cover. Run a guided visit, collect signatures, and leave each station with a clean, printable record.

Features

Everything a site visit produces, in one record.

EAS Logs

Log received and sent EAS tests and alerts per station, with quick-add for routine entries.

Tower-Light Checks

Record tower-light observations by site and keep the history ready for review.

Meter Readings

Capture transmitter meter readings on site and keep them with the station's record.

Guided Site Visits

Step through a visit checklist, record what you found, and sign it — one visit record covers the whole trip.

ETRS Forms One, Two & Three

Keep ETRS Form One, Two and Three information organized with the rest of the station's records.

FAA / NOTAM Outage Tracking

Track lighting outages and the related NOTAM details from report to restoration.

Inspection Binder & Share Links

Generate an inspection binder PDF, or share a read-only link with an inspector.

Print Everything

Every record and every visit prints cleanly — no menus, no buttons, signatures included.

Offline Visits

No signal at the transmitter site? Record the visit offline and sync when you're back in coverage.

Unified Dashboard

All your stations and sites on one screen, with what is due, overdue and recently done.

StationWatch FCC Alerts

Built-in monitoring of FCC deadlines and public-file items, with email reminders before they come due.

FAQ

Common questions.

How do I sign in? Do I need a password?

No passwords. Enter your email and we send you a sign-in link and a 6-digit code. Use either one. If your company VPN or email scanner gets in the way of the link, type the code instead.

Does it work at a transmitter site with no signal?

Yes. Site visits can be recorded offline and saved when you have a connection again.

Can I print my records?

Everything prints: single EAS, tower-light and meter entries, full site-visit records with signatures, and your compliance records. You can also create an inspection binder PDF or share a read-only link with an inspector.

What happens if I stop paying?

Your account becomes read-only. Your records are never deleted, and you can still view and print them. You just can't add new entries until you subscribe again.

How is billing counted?

Per station (call sign). Stations 1–4 are $49 per month each, and every station beyond 4 is $39. Yearly billing is $490 per station ($390 beyond 4). Add or remove a station and your bill adjusts.

Do I need a credit card for the trial?

No. The 30-day trial needs only your email. You add a card when you choose to subscribe.

What is the founding offer?

The first 25 accounts to subscribe keep their rate guaranteed for 2 years.
